Take on the Team Bahrain Victorious Fitness Challenge, raising awareness about the health implications of Obesity and Diabetes.
Statistics show that by completing 30 minutes of exercise a day, you can significantly reduce the risk of Obesity and type 2 Diabetes.
So what’s the challenge? To complete an average of 30 minutes of exercise every day during the Vuelta e Espana from the 14th August – 5th September.
We want to kick start people’s fitness journey and fight back against these diseases. The more people we get to take on the challenge and our beautiful sport, the better!
For some, a victory can mean winning some of the biggest bike races in the world, but for many, the accomplishment of that first 3k run can be a personal victory. All you need to do is track your activity on Strava and complete 30 minutes of activity every day to be in the prize draw at the end of each week!
Strava gives you the option to track a wide range of activities, sync them with your wearable devices or manually upload workouts you complete.
