Team Bahrain Victorious is pleased to announce a new partnership with Paceteq, which joins the team as its Official Data and Performance Technology Partner.
Paceteq’s AI-powered platform brings together rider monitoring, training analysis, nutrition, wearable technology, wellbeing and race performance data into a single environment, enabling coaches, performance staff and medical teams to access real-time insights and make faster, more informed decisions.
Paceteq’s live dashboards and predictive modelling tools are designed to transform raw performance data into actionable insights, supporting everything from rider preparation and recovery monitoring to training prescription and race planning.
Having first worked together in the lead-up to and throughout the 2026 Giro d’Italia, Team Bahrain Victorious and Paceteq have continued to develop the platform around the evolving needs of the team’s performance department.
Since the Giro, the platform has evolved further with the integration of AI, bringing together performance, training, recovery, nutrition, wearable and rider wellbeing data to provide a more holistic view of each athlete. By processing and contextualising this information in real time, Paceteq reduces the time required to analyse data across multiple areas, allowing the team’s performance staff to focus more of their time on the riders and make faster, better-informed decisions.
The continued development of the platform has seen Paceteq become increasingly integrated into the team’s day-to-day performance processes, turning large volumes of data into actionable insights that support rider preparation, recovery, training and race planning throughout the season.
Originally developed within elite motorsport environments including Formula E, GT endurance racing and NASCAR, Paceteq’s technology is designed to process and contextualise large volumes of performance data in real time. Its application within professional cycling provides the team with a clearer and more complete picture of rider performance and wellbeing, while helping staff identify relevant trends and insights throughout the season.
Beyond supporting the WorldTour squad, the partnership also extends across the Bahrain Victorious development pathway, ensuring young riders benefit from the same data-driven performance framework and analytical tools as the team’s elite athletes. This creates a unified performance ecosystem from development level through to the WorldTour, supporting the team’s long-term commitment to rider progression and innovation.
Looking ahead, Paceteq’s presence within professional cycling is expected to continue growing, with more teams set to adopt the platform and its AI-powered performance capabilities. As the platform expands across the sport, Team Bahrain Victorious will continue to play an important role in its development, working closely with Paceteq to evolve the technology within a WorldTour performance environment and help shape how it can support teams and athletes at the highest level of sports.
