The 41st edition of the Tour de Wallonie starts on Sunday from Sognies, in southern Belgium. This year, four stages are scheduled with two arrivals suitable for sprinters and two for resistant riders who can easily overcome the demanding climbs of Wallonie.
Sports Director Tristan Hoffman “We have a complete and competitive team that can do well in both sprints and rolling stages. Mark Cavendish and Phil Bauhaus will be protagonists in the bunch sprints. At the same time, for the two young riders Santiago Buitrago and Kevin Inkelaar, the two undulating stages represent an excellent opportunity to gain experience on the roads that recall the route of the Liège-Bastogne-Liège”.
